Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Augo ("Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Site, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
1.4 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, trading, or sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in termination.
1.5 You may not access the Site if doing so would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.
2. Services and Virtual Purchases
2.1 The Site provides access to an online game and related community features.
2.2 We may offer optional paid digital content, including VIP membership, in-game items, currency, cosmetics, and other virtual features ("Virtual Items").
2.3 Virtual Items are digital goods with no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for cash or credit from the Site. In-game currency may be traded between users for other Virtual Items or in-game currency through the Site's in-game trading systems, but in-game currency cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for real money or any other real-world value. Virtual Items may be traded between users, and any transfer or exchange of Virtual Items between users is solely between those users and does not involve the Site.
2.4 VIP membership or other paid status is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access certain features during the applicable period. Payment is for access to digital features, not for ownership of any software or content.
2.5 In-Game Trading
The Site may offer features that allow users to trade Virtual Items with other users for other Virtual Items or in-game currency. These trades are conducted solely between users. We are not a party to user trades and do not guarantee the value, authenticity, or fairness of any trade. You participate in trading at your own risk. We are not responsible for trade disputes, scams, or losses resulting from user-to-user transactions. We may, at our discretion, investigate reported issues, but we are not obligated to restore lost items or reverse trades.
2.6 Prohibited Commercial Activity
2.6.1 The sale, purchase, trade, or exchange of in-game currency for real money, real-world currency, or any other valuable consideration outside the game is strictly prohibited.
2.6.2 The Site does not facilitate, endorse, or provide any tools for real-money transactions involving Virtual Items. Any such external arrangements between users are solely between those users and are conducted at their own risk.
2.6.3 We are not a party to any user-to-user transaction. We do not provide escrow, payment processing, mediation, buyer protection, seller protection, or refund services for any user-to-user transaction.
2.6.4 All user-to-user trades and transactions, whether in-game or external, are conducted at the participants' own risk. We are not responsible for scams, fraud, non-delivery, chargebacks, payment disputes, misrepresentation, lost items, or any other loss arising from user-to-user transactions.
2.6.5 We will not restore lost Virtual Items, reverse trades, or compensate users for losses resulting from user-to-user trades or transactions.
2.7 Gifting Store Purchases
2.7.1 Any store package or item, including in-game currency, may be purchased as a gift for another user through the Site's official gifting feature.
2.7.2 When you purchase a gift, the Virtual Items are delivered to the recipient account you specify. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient details.
2.7.3 Gift purchases are digital goods. Once the gift has been delivered to the recipient account, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except in the case of a billing error or non-delivery caused by our system.
2.7.4 If a gifted Virtual Item is traded, consumed, or modified after delivery, no refund will be provided.
2.7.5 Only the original purchaser may request a billing correction or refund. The gift recipient is not a party to the payment transaction and cannot file a billing dispute against the Site.
3. Purchases, Payment Processing, and Delivery
3.1 All prices are displayed in USD and may be changed at any time.
3.2 Payment is processed by third-party payment processors such as PayPal. You agree to the applicable payment processor's terms and policies.
3.3 By completing a checkout, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the selected payment method.
3.4 Delivery of Virtual Items generally occurs automatically to your account, or to the recipient account you specify for gift purchases, within 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed for up to 24 hours.
3.5 If you do not receive a purchased item after 24 hours despite successful payment, contact support at https://augo.pw/help/contact with your account name and transaction ID.
3.6 We may refuse or block purchases if we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, or violation of these Terms.
4. Refund and Billing Error Policy
4.1 All purchases of Virtual Items are final once delivered to your account, except as required by applicable law or as described below.

4.4 If a refund is issued, we may remove the associated Virtual Items or access from your account.
4.5 If you have a billing issue, please contact support before filing a dispute or chargeback. We may suspend accounts for chargeback abuse or fraudulent disputes, but we will not penalize you solely for exercising lawful payment dispute rights.
4.6 Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
4.7 Purchased or gifted Virtual Items that have been traded, transferred, sold, consumed, or otherwise modified after delivery are not eligible for refund.
4.8 Gift purchases are final once delivered to the recipient. If a gift purchase fails to deliver due to our system error, the purchaser may request a billing correction or refund within 14 days.

8.2 We do not guarantee that Virtual Items or features will remain available indefinitely.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from your use of the Site or purchases.
9.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific disputed purchase.
9.3 We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user-to-user transactions, including scams, fraud, or payment issues. You agree that any recourse for such disputes is solely against the other user involved.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or any conduct that compromises the integrity or security of the Site, without liability.
