Here's a secret. The Horseman of Death can't swim. Having this billowing cape isn't going to help. You can evade Death by shoving him overboard. He didn't speak to me for fifty years after pulling that stunt. Made spreading plagues a lot harder. Note: Also see Deathly Naval Cape (Non-AC).
